Storage lots and HOA rules
Many Roseville HOA neighborhoods limit how long an RV can sit in the driveway. That means a lot of local RVs live in storage lots around Roseville, Rocklin and Lincoln. We can come to the lot, as long as the lot allows outside service. Please check with the lot first, and tell us the lot name and space number when you book.
Some lots have set hours or gate codes. Let us know, and we’ll plan our visit around them. Lots in full sun are hard on RVs, which is one more reason to keep a coat of wax on it.
If your RV is at home for a few days before a trip, that is a great time for a detail. We can clean it inside and out in the driveway so it is ready to load.
Sun, heat and black streaks
Roseville summers are hard on RVs. Fiberglass and gelcoat oxidize in the sun and turn chalky. Rubber seals and decals dry out. Black streaks run down from the roof edges after the first rain of the season.
Regular washing and a coat of wax or sealant slow that down. Heavy oxidation may need polishing, which we can quote. Some old, faded decals and crazed gelcoat can’t be brought back fully, and we’ll tell you that before we start.
Tires matter too. RV tires often age out from sun before the tread is gone. We clean and dress them, and if we see cracking we’ll point it out so you can have them checked.
Before and after the season
Many owners book us twice a year. Once in spring, before trips to Folsom Lake, the coast or the mountains. And once in fall, before the RV goes into storage, so bugs, dirt and food crumbs don’t sit all winter.
Some owners also book a quick wash between trips in summer, when bugs and dust pile up fastest. A clean RV also makes it easier to spot cracked sealant or loose trim before you leave.
We’re open 7 days a week from 6 AM to 11 PM, so we can often fit a detail in right before you load up for a weekend away.
Have a car or truck that tows the trailer? We can detail it the same day. See our mobile detailing packages for options.
The inside after a trip
The inside of an RV takes a beating on the road. Sand from the beach, dirt from the campsite and crumbs from the kitchen all get tracked in. Bathrooms and kitchens need a real clean before the next trip.
We vacuum and wipe down every surface, clean the kitchen and bath areas, wash windows, and shampoo carpet and upholstery when needed. If there is mold or a strong odor from storage, tell us when you book. Mold cleanup is quoted on its own after we look.
