Detailing Packages
in Folsom, CA

We keep it simple: three full-detail packages, and each one builds on the one before it. Refresh cleans, Renew deep cleans, and Reshine adds machine polishing. Here is how to pick the right one for your car.

Refresh, Renew, Reshine at a glance

Think of the packages as three steps up the same ladder. Each step adds more time and more work, inside and out. Prices below are for a sedan.

  • Refresh Detail, $199, about 2 hours: foam cannon and hand wash, air and towel dry, rims, tires and tire shine; full vacuum, all-surface wipedown and windows
  • Renew Full Detail, $395, about 4 hours: everything in Refresh, plus bug removal, clay bar, trim and plastic shine and wax; carpet and seat shampoo and extraction, steam cleaning, a deep clean of every surface, leather and plastic conditioning and a full window detail
  • Reshine Detail, $599, about 6 hours: everything in Renew, plus a one-step machine polish on the paint

Pick Refresh if the car is already in good shape

Refresh is for a car that gets cleaned now and then and just needs a proper reset. Maybe it’s dusty from the construction south of Highway 50, or the cabin has crumbs and fingerprints. If the seats have no real stains and the paint still feels smooth, Refresh is enough.

It’s also the right choice between bigger details. Many people book a Renew or Reshine once or twice a year and a Refresh in between. The wash is gentle on the paint, and the vacuum and wipedown keep the cabin from sliding back.

Our process

How to choose in four questions.

Every package builds on the one before it. You never pay for a step you skip.

01

Feel the paint

After a wash, does it feel smooth or gritty? Gritty points to Renew, for the clay bar.

02

Look in the sun

Swirls or dull color mean the paint needs polishing. That’s Reshine.

03

Check the seats

Stains, spills or ground-in dirt in the carpet need shampoo and extraction, which starts at Renew.

04

Count the months

Detailed in the last few months? Refresh may be all you need. Longer than that, start with Renew.

Pick Renew if it needs a real deep clean

Renew is our most popular full detail for a reason. It fixes what a wash can’t. Run your hand over the paint after a wash. If it feels rough, that’s bonded grit, and the clay bar pulls it out. Then a coat of wax adds shine and some protection from the Folsom sun.

Inside, Renew goes past the surface. We shampoo and extract the carpets and seats, steam clean, and condition the leather and plastic so they don’t dry out in the heat. Choose Renew if you have kids, pets, a daily Highway 50 commute, or a car that hasn’t had a full detail in six months or more.

Pick Reshine if the paint looks dull or swirls show

Stand next to the car in the sun and look at the paint. Do you see fine circles around the light, or does the color look flat? That’s swirling and light wear in the clear coat. Washing and wax won’t remove it. Polishing will.

Reshine gives you the full Renew detail plus a one-step machine polish. It’s the right pick before you sell a car, after you buy a used one, or when you just want it to look sharp again. You can read more about how polishing works on our paint correction page.

Common situations and what we suggest

Most people fit one of these. Use it as a starting point:

  • You just bought a used car: Reshine, to clean out the last owner and polish out the swirls they left behind
  • You’re selling soon: Reshine for the best first look, or Renew if the paint is already in good shape
  • Family car with spills and crumbs everywhere: Renew, for the shampoo and extraction
  • Garage-kept car that just needs a reset: Refresh
  • Back from a summer of lake trips and Highway 50 bugs: Renew
  • Car with a ceramic coating: Refresh, or a maintenance plan, since the coating already protects the paint

Still not sure?

Send us a few photos of the paint and the seats and tell us how you use the car. We’ll tell you honestly which package fits. If Refresh is enough, we’ll say so. Larger vehicles, heavy stains and pet hair change the price, and we confirm the total before we start. If you only need the inside or the outside done, we have interior-only and exterior-only versions too.

Every package is done at your home or office with our own water and power. Times above are for a sedan in normal condition. A big SUV, a very dirty cabin or a lot of pet hair will add time, and we’ll tell you up front.

FAQ

Detailing Packages questions

What’s the difference between Refresh and Renew?

Refresh is a thorough clean inside and out. Renew adds clay bar, bug removal and wax outside, and shampoo, extraction, steam and conditioning inside.

Does Reshine remove every scratch?

No. The one-step polish removes most light swirls and brings back gloss. Deeper scratches may need more polishing, which we quote separately.

Are the packages done at my house?

Yes. We bring our own water and power and do every package at your home or office. We also have a shop if that works better.

How much more is an SUV or truck?

It depends on the size. Send us the make and model and we’ll give you the price before you book.

Can I add pet hair removal or headlight restoration?

Yes. Add-ons can be added to any package. Pet hair removal is $100 per hour and headlight restoration is $75.
