What a fleet visit can include
Not every vehicle needs the same thing. A sales car that carries clients needs a spotless interior. A dump-bed pickup mostly needs the mud off the paint and the floor mats rinsed. We build the plan around how each vehicle is used.
Most fleet plans are built from these pieces:
- Exterior hand wash, wheels and tires
- Interior vacuum, wipedown and windows
- Floor mat cleaning for muddy job sites
- Carpet and seat shampoo when crews are hard on cabs
- Bug and tar removal for highway miles
- Wax or sealant to help paint shed dirt between visits
Scheduled around your operation
Every business runs on a different clock. Some fleets are parked overnight and out all day. Others rotate in and out. We’re open 7 days a week, from 6 AM to 11 PM, so we can often work early, late or on weekends while the vehicles sit.
We plan the visits with you: which vehicles, how often and what level of service. Some fleets want a quick exterior wash and interior wipedown every couple of weeks. Others need a deeper clean each quarter, with carpet shampoo and seat cleaning for vehicles that carry crews all day.
We keep it simple to manage. You get one point of contact, a clear list of what was done, and a heads-up if we spot something worth a look, like a chip in the windshield or a stain that needs extra time.
If a vehicle needs more than the plan covers, like heavy stains, pet hair or odor from a long summer, we’ll check with you before doing the extra work. We also keep clear of your customers and staff, and if a truck has to roll out mid-visit, we move on to the next one and come back to it.
Why it pays off in the Folsom area
Trucks working new construction in Folsom Ranch, south of Highway 50, come back coated in dust. Summer heat often tops 100°F, and the sun bakes that grime onto paint and fades plastic trim. Vehicles parked under oaks pick up sap and leaves, and winter rain tracks mud into cabs.
Regular cleaning keeps all of that from building up. Paint and interiors hold up better, and vehicles tend to look better when it’s time to sell or turn them in. Your crews also get a cleaner place to spend the workday.
Highway 50 commutes add their own layer. Bugs and road film stick to the front of every vehicle that runs between Folsom, Rancho Cordova and Sacramento each day. Left alone through a hot week, bug splatter can stain paint. A regular wash takes it off before it does.
How fleet pricing works
Fleet work is quoted, not one price for all. We look at the number of vehicles, their size and condition, how often you want service, and what each visit includes. More vehicles and a steady schedule usually mean better per-vehicle pricing.
Tell us about your fleet and where it parks, and we’ll put together a plan. If you’d like to see our standard packages first, they’re on our pricing page.
