What Sacramento does to work vehicles
Sacramento calls itself the City of Trees for good reason. Vans that park overnight under big street trees wake up covered in sap, leaves and bird droppings. In our long, hot summers, the sun bakes those in, and bird droppings can stain paint if they sit.
Daily miles on I-5, I-80, Business 80 and US-50 add bugs and road film to every front end. In winter, rain turns job sites to mud, and crews track it into cabs and onto floor mats. Regular cleaning keeps each of these from building up into a bigger, more costly job.
There is a practical side too. Clean glass and mirrors are easier to see out of on a busy downtown street. Clean cabs are nicer for crews who spend eight hours a day in them, and vehicles that have been cared for usually look better when it’s time to sell or turn them in.
Picking the right level of service
Not every vehicle needs the same work. A van that only hauls boxes may just need a wash and a quick vacuum. A car that picks up clients needs a cabin that looks and smells clean. We match the plan to how each vehicle is used.
Property managers often have a different need again: a few cars and a maintenance pickup that drive between buildings all day, picking up dust from job sites and parking under trees at each stop. A short visit on a set day each month keeps them presentable for tenants and owners.
Many fleets mix it up: a lighter wash and vacuum on a regular schedule, with a deeper interior clean a few times a year. Crews that eat lunch in their trucks, or carry wet gear in winter, usually benefit most from that deeper clean with carpet and seat shampoo.
Simple to manage
We’re open 7 days a week, from 6 AM to 11 PM. That lets us work early before vans roll out, in the evening after they come back, or on weekends when the lot is full.
You get one contact for scheduling and questions. After each visit, you’ll know which vehicles we cleaned and what we did. If we notice something worth a look, like a cracked mirror or a stain that needs extra time, we tell you. We don’t add work outside the plan without asking first.
If a vehicle is out on a call when we arrive, we skip it and come back to it later in the visit, or catch it on the next one. Your schedule comes first.
How fleet pricing works
Fleet work is quoted. The price depends on how many vehicles you have, their size and condition, how often you want service, and what each visit includes. A steady schedule and more vehicles usually bring the cost per vehicle down.
Tell us what you run and where it parks, and we’ll put a plan together. You can also see our standard packages on the pricing page to get a feel for each level of service.
