Built around how each vehicle is used
Not every vehicle needs the same visit. A guest car or shuttle needs a spotless cabin, clean glass and no smell of the last passenger. A plow truck or work pickup mostly needs the de-icer and mud off the body, wheels and floor mats.
You get one point of contact and a clear summary after each visit. If we notice something worth a look, like a cracked windshield, a tire that looks low or a stain that needs extra time, we tell you.
We put together a plan from pieces like these: exterior hand wash and wheels, interior vacuum and wipedown, floor mat scrubbing, carpet and seat shampoo for vehicles that carry crews or guests, sap and tar removal, and wax to help paint shed grime between visits. If one vehicle needs more than the plan covers, like heavy pet hair or a strong odor, we check with you before doing it.
Scheduled around the Tahoe seasons
Tahoe business has busy seasons, and fleets do too. In winter, vehicles pick up sand and de-icer every day, and shuttles carry wet skiers in and out. In summer, it’s dust, pine sap and beach sand. Spring and fall are often the quieter stretches, and a good time for deeper cleaning.
We’re open 7 days a week, 6 AM to 11 PM. That lets us work early, late or on a quiet day while vehicles are parked. If a truck has to head out mid-visit, we move on to the next one and come back.
Winter work depends on the weather. A garage, bay or covered spot lets us keep visits going in the cold. When a storm makes it pointless or unsafe, we reschedule and tell you.
Rental turnovers
If your business manages rentals that include a car, timing matters. The best time to clean is between checkout and the next arrival. Share your turnover calendar and access details, and we can plan visits around it. We send photos after each visit, so you can see the car is ready without driving over.
For a busy summer week with back-to-back stays, a quick interior reset and exterior wash may be all a guest car needs. After a long winter stay with skis and wet boots, it may need a deeper clean with carpet shampoo. We’ll suggest what fits each turnover.
For guest cars, we pay close attention to the things guests notice first: floor mats, cup holders, seat crumbs, smudged screens and the smell when they open the door.
How fleet pricing works
Fleet work is quoted. Price depends on the number of vehicles, their size and condition, how often you want service and what each visit covers. A steady schedule with more vehicles usually brings the per-vehicle price down. Our standard packages are on the pricing page if you want a starting point, and a single vehicle can always book mobile detailing on its own.
